Texas really gets a bad wrap for being flat and brown, but I beg to differ. We have a wildflower season that is unmatched, beautiful tall grass that grows, pretty much year round, and mild (mostly) winters that allow us to shoot outdoors almost year round. The ideal seasons to shoot outdoors are Fall, Winter and Spring, though if you're brave you can give summer a shot.
Different seasons offer different scenery, and in my portfolio you will see images from all seasons so you know what to expect.
- Spring has the greenest greens you've ever seen, plus wildflowers
- Summer has a lot of brown grass but still beautiful greenery on the trees
- Fall is perfect for the changing leaves, but plan ahead because there is a super narrow window to catch them
- Winter has dead grass and leafless trees, it may sound drab but its the perfect chance to make your colorful outfits pop
